Planned Personal experiment

Priority Studio

Compare product ideas with the scoring assumptions kept in view.

Planned — structured and scoped, not built yet.

The problem

Prioritisation scores get treated as facts. The number survives, the assumptions behind it — reach, confidence, effort, the weight each was given — quietly disappear. Two people can run the "same" framework and rank the list differently without ever seeing why.

What the first version will explore

The first version will let you enter a small set of ideas, score each against a few named criteria, adjust the weight of each criterion, and see the ranking reorder live — with every assumption editable and a plain-language explanation of why the top idea is on top. Sensitivity ("which assumption is this ranking most fragile to?") is the interesting part.
